Per Diem Graduate of a physical therapy assistant program from an accredited educational institute, or meet the California Physical Therapy Board equivalency criteria. Minimum of one year of clinical experience in a diverse background specific to discipline; prefer one to two years experience in a rehabilitation and or home health setting. Current BLS Healthcare Provider certification (CPR) Valid California driver's license, with clean DMV record. Current auto insurance meeting California minimum requirements. Required Qualifications Current California Physical Therapy Assistant license.
