Responsibilities :

As a Physical Therapist Assistant at

Physical Therapy, you will play a crucial role in supporting our licensed physical therapists in providing high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting in the implementation of therapeutic exercises and activities as directed by the physical therapist.
• Monitoring and recording patient progress during treatment sessions.
• Collaborating with the physical therapy team to develop and modify treatment plans.
• Educating patients on prescribed exercises and activities for home programs.
• Providing support in maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Requirements :

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience working in an outpatient physical therapy setting.
• Familiarity with diverse patient populations.
