PART TIME

in the mornings on Wednesday and Friday with the likely potential to grow into more hours based on ability to learn, adapt, and growth of the office.•You will be the primary point of contact for anyone contacting the office via phone or email. You will be organizing files, accepting payments, and interacting with patients daily. Paid training is provided. Responsibilities Interact with patients Accept payments Schedule patients Answer phone calls Restock materials Monitor and alert re: stock of materials Light cleaning Lifting and carrying - no more than 25 pounds solo Organizing files Following up with patients and leads Financial conversations Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organization skills Deep understanding of timeliness and teamwork Spanish required Receptionist background preferred CNA/Spouse or significant other of a chiropractic student/Kinesiology Masters student/MA preferred
