What You'll Do Provide Skilled PTA Care:
Implement individualized plans of care developed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
Perform Therapeutic Interventions:
Focus on functional strengthening, gait training, balance, and fall risk reduction to help patients reach their mobility goals.
Report Patient Progress:
Document patient responses to treatment and communicate with the supervising PT to ensure a coordinated approach.
Manage Your Caseload:
Set your own schedule and visit cadence based on the plan of care. What You'll Need Valid California Physical Therapy Assistant license CPR or BLS certification Driver's license and auto insurance Physical + TB test (within the last year) Professional liability and business license (if applicable) Where You'll Be Working We're looking for a clinician to cover the Antelope Valley - LA area, including Lancaster, Palmdale, and Acton. This high desert region offers a more relaxed pace and a lower cost of living than the rest of LA. You'll be working in a community with a strong military presence and a focus on aerospace.
