Our team values collaboration, clinical excellence, and compassionate care. Position Summary We are seeking a motivated Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team. The PTA will work under the supervision of our licensed Physical Therapists to provide high-quality therapeutic interventions, monitor patient progress, and help create an encouraging environment for recovery. Key Responsibilities Implement individualized treatment plans as directed by the supervising PT Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and functional training Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention Accurately document patient progress, treatments performed, and response to care in EMR (WebPT) Maintain equipment and ensure treatment areas are clean, safe, and organized Collaborate with PTs, aides, and front office staff to ensure continuity of care Assist with patient scheduling and clinic flow as needed Qualifications Active California PTA license in good standing Current CPR/BLS certification Strong interpersonal skills and ability to motivate patients Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred, but new grads welcome to apply Bilingual in Spanish preferred - many of our patients are Spanish-speaking What We Offer Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) with company match Continuing education allowance and mentorship for new grads License Renewal Fee Reimbursement Supportive team culture and growth opportunities
