Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated and patient‑centered Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. The PTA will work under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver therapeutic interventions, improve mobility, and support resident recovery and wellness. Responsibilities Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans as directed by the Physical Therapist Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional activities Document resident progress in accordance with company policies and state/federal guidelines Educate residents and families on home exercises and safety Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support resident goals Maintain a safe and encouraging therapy environment Qualifications Current Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of California Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative care team Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) preferred, but not required Compensation & Benefits Starting rate: $52 per hour Comprehensive health, dental & vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays Retirement plan options Continuing education opportunities Supportive leadership and positive team culture
