Job Responsibilities:

Deliver therapy services as directed by licensed Physical Therapists Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans Support patients in improving mobility, strength, and independence Document progress and communicate effectively with care teams Educate patients and families on therapy goals and exercises

Qualifications:

Current California Physical Therapy Assistant license (required) Strong communication and teamwork skills Passion for patient care and rehabilitation Skilled at motivating and encouraging patients
