Our therapists are skilled manual therapists who give every patient the time and attention they deserve. We are looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. What You Will Do Conduct thorough evaluations to assess each patient's physical abilities, limitations, and goals Develop and implement individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practice Apply a variety of therapeutic techniques to improve patient mobility, strength, and overall function Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and preventative care strategies Collaborate with lead therapist and our team to ensure comprehensive, coordinated patient care Document patient progress accurately and adjust treatment plans as needed to drive optimal outcomes Provide care across a range of presentations including orthopedics, sports rehab, geriatrics, post-operative recovery, home health, and community care settings What Makes Us Different A structured Mentorship Program that includes orthopedics and a Return to Play curriculum with over 90 hours of content A practice built on 30 years of reputation for clinical excellence in Newport Beach A team culture that invests in the people who deliver care, not just the patients who receive it Potential exposure to advanced modalities including hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and the Restor Rehabilitation Grid. What We Are Looking For Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of California A degree in Physical Therapy or Physical Therapist Assistant studies from an accredited program Strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and physical therapy systems and techniques Previous experience in outpatient clinic, home health, inpatient, hospital, or geriatric settings is a plus Excellent communication skills and genuine ability to connect with patients, families, and care teams A commitment to ongoing professional development and continued learning in the field Valid CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain before start date)
