Part-Time Pediatric Chiropractic Assistant (Kids + Front Desk Support)

Rockaway Beach area, Pacifica, CA Coastal Family Wellness is looking for a warm, dependable, and energetic part-time assistant to join our growing pediatric and family chiropractic office by the beach. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with kids , is naturally personable, and enjoys being both hands-on and front-of-office support. You will play an important role in helping children through their in-office exercises while also supporting light front desk duties. We work with many neurodivergent children and families, and while the work is incredibly meaningful and rewarding, it also requires patience, compassion, and emotional intelligence. We truly do get to witness miracles every day. What You'll Be Doing Supporting children during brain-based exercises and movement activities Encouraging, guiding, and helping kids feel safe and successful Answering phones and assisting families with scheduling appointments Providing a warm, welcoming presence at the front desk Supporting the doctor and team with light administrative tasks Helping maintain a calm, organized, and positive office environment Who We're Looking For Someone who genuinely loves working with kids Friendly, upbeat, and confident communicating with parents Comfortable working with children who may have neurodivergent patterns Patient, observant, and emotionally aware Organized, reliable, and able to multitask A natural "people person" who represents the office beautifully Experience working with children (schools, camps, therapy settings, childcare, coaching, etc.) is a big plus, but we are happy to train the right person.
