At California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy (CRST), you'll be supported by a clinician-led team dedicated to helping you grow. Compensation Approximately $86,750

• 132,000 total annual compensation (Hourly pay + incentives + CEU reimbursement + potential loan assistance)

Hourly Rate:

Whether you're a new PTA seeking mentorship or an experienced clinician looking for advancement, you'll find a supportive team ready to help you succeed. What You'll Do Provide high-quality, hands-on PT treatment under PT supervision Implement individualized treatment plans Document care using an advanced EMR system Track patient progress and adjust interventions as needed Collaborate with PTs, aides, and front office staff Educate and motivate patients throughout their rehab journey Maintain compliance with regulatory and payer requirements What You Bring Graduation from an accredited PTA program Current California PTA license (or license-eligible) Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills A passion for patient-centered care and professional growth About Us California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy is part of Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN)
