We are looking to expand our team at Synapse Chiropractic! We are a family practice that specializes in neurologically-based chiropractic care. We are seeking a new team member who is self-motivated and loves to serve people with a compassionate heart! • Thursday. On average your hours for full time will be 15-20 hrs. Opportunities to make more hours will come with occasional training days + Saturdays that we are open. Currently we are open every other Saturday and you can volunteer to pick up hours that day. Not required. Hours are Part time. Mon
• Thur If hired, you will have a training schedule into effect first. Training can be 4-6 weeks long. This will be a one on one training with the assistant manager or Dr to learn all protocols and procedures in the office. We have team meetings and trainings on Tuesday mornings from 11:00 am
• 1:00 pm.

These are mandatory and you must be present. No exceptions. Starting pay will be $20. 00 an hour through the duration of your training period. Post training ( 4-6 weeks later) you will receive a raise if all goals and expectations are met. You then will have incentives + goals to make more financially. The bonus structure will also be into effect once training is completed, and you have the opportunity to make bonuses each month. Every 4 months, we will do an evaluation to set your next goals in the office, those are all opportunities for growth for yourself & to make more financially. _______________________________________________________________________________
