WHAT YOU'LL DO

Deliver hands-on, integrative physical therapy care Learn and apply the Turtle Rabbit method Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients Educate patients in a clear, compassionate way Collaborate with a small, high-performing team

POSITION DETAILS

30-40 hours per week Monday-Friday between 7:45am-5pm Occasional rotating Saturdays A structured mentorship period is required prior to managing your own caseload and is based on experience and skill level.

REQUIREMENTS

PTA degree from an accredited program Current California license Ability to work independently and within a team Interest in integrative physical therapy Positive, growth-oriented mindset Eagerness to learn and develop New graduates are encouraged to apply

At Turtle Rabbit Physical Therapy, you will be trained directly in an integrative, hands-on method focused on identifying and treating the root cause — not just symptoms. You won't be rushing patients or following cookie-cutter protocols. You'll be part of a practice where care is intentional, personalized, and designed to create real results.
