Job Description

Job Title :
Physical Therapy assistant
Locations :
San Jose, CA, 95111
Duration :
8 weeks (with possibility of extension)
Schedule :
8 am to 8 pm, Monday to
Friday Responsibilities :
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to identify physical, functional, and rehabilitation needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Monitored and documented patient progress and adjusted treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and techniques to promote recovery and prevent future injury. Provide hands-on therapy, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities as appropriate. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies in all aspects of care delivery. Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements :
PTA license BLS Certification Previous experience as a Physical Therapist (PT) is a plus (PTA, Physical Therapist Assistant, Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, Physical Rehabilitation Assistant) #
REQHC Pay:
$36.00 - $42.00 per hour
