Previous experience in chiropractic, massage therapy, fitness, rehabilitation, wellness, or healthcare is a plus — but not required. Primary ResponsibilitiesPatient Care & Therapy Support Preparing patients for treatment Assisting with therapy flow and patient transitions Performing patient warm-up therapies and supportive modalities Assisting with laser, regenerative, and recovery therapies Maintaining a calm, professional, healing atmosphere Helping patients feel welcomed, supported, and cared for Light Administrative Support Scheduling appointments Basic patient communication and follow-up Supporting office organization and daily systems Assisting with patient check-in/check-out processes Light EMR/software usage and office coordination What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable learning systems and procedures Strong communication skills Team-oriented mindset Ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism Interest in health, wellness, fitness, chiropractic, or regenerative therapies Tech/computer savvy Desire to grow personally and professionally Growth Opportunity This position has the potential to evolve into a larger role depending on your strengths, initiative, and the value you bring to the team.
