PRN (Weekend Availability Preferred) Flexibility and Excellence in Therapy Shadelands Post Acute is looking for a motivated and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our premier in-house therapy team on a PRN basis. Direct Resident Care:

Implement therapeutic treatments as directed by the Physical Therapist, helping residents reclaim their strength and mobility.

Documentation Excellence:

Record accurate daily treatment notes and weekly progress reports in compliance with PT Board guidelines and facility policy.

Collaborative Care:

Communicate with supervisors and the interdisciplinary team regarding resident progress, clinical hurdles, and future care plans.

Education & Support:

Assist in training Restorative Aides and provide vital caregiver training to families to prepare them for a safe discharge.

Departmental Stewardship:

Help maintain the functionality and cleanliness of our treatment areas and report any equipment needs to ensure a safe environment for all.
