What You'll Do:

As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating an outstanding patient experience while supporting the daily operations of the clinic.

Responsibilities may include:

Welcoming and assisting patients throughout their care journey Conducting new patient intake procedures and collecting health histories Taking and processing digital X-rays (training provided if needed and permitted by state regulations) Educating patients about treatment plans, recommendations, and wellness goals Verifying insurance benefits and assisting with insurance-related tasks Scheduling appointments and managing patient flow Maintaining accurate patient records within our EHR system Assisting with therapies and clinical procedures as directed Creating and managing social media content to promote patient education and community engagement Supporting clinic marketing and community outreach events Collaborating with team members to ensure exceptional patient care

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a chiropractic, medical, physical therapy, or healthcare setting Understanding of insurance verification and patient benefits Experience with patient intake procedures and healthcare documentation Familiarity with digital X-ray procedures Social media marketing experience
