Life of Our PTA:
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you'll work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to deliver skilled, medically necessary treatment interventions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Administering a variety of therapeutic procedures (manual techniques, exercises, modalities, etc.). Monitoring patient progress and collaborating with the PT to adjust treatment plans. Documenting objective measures and justifying continued services. Educating patients and families on rehabilitation goals and progress. Ensuring meticulous record-keeping in our electronic documentation system. Participating in patient care conferences and continuous learning opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program. Current and active PTA license (REQUIRED). One year of experience in long-term care or a related setting preferred, but strong new graduates are encouraged to apply! A commitment to evidence-based practice and ethical patient care.
