Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient orthopedic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping patients recover, prevent injury, and improve their quality of life through individualized treatment programs. Responsibilities Assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions Guide patients through prescribed exercises and therapeutic activities Document patient progress accurately and timely manner Maintain a clean and organized treatment area Communicate effectively with patients, therapists, and administrative staff Contribute to a positive and team-oriented clinic culture Qualifications Associate's Degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program Current Colorado PTA license (or eligibility for licensure) Prior outpatient orthopedic experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates encouraged to apply Benefits ONE on ONE patient care Competitive hourly pay ($30-$36/hr based on experience) Flexible scheduling options Supportive clinical environment with mentorship opportunities
