Monday 7:30-1:00 & 2:45-6:00 Tuesday 8:00-1:00 & 2:45-6:00 Wednesday 7:30-1:00 & 2:30-6:00 Thursday 8:00-1:00 & 2:45-6:00 Friday 7:30-1:00 This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a healthcare setting, enjoys meaningful patient interaction, and takes pride in keeping systems organized and efficient while contributing to clinic growth. Key Responsibilities:

Front desk reception duties and greeting patients warmly Scheduling and appointment coordination Processing payments and managing financial transactions Assisting with electronic health records documentation Insurance verification and basic insurance knowledge Internal marketing efforts to support patient retention and referrals

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and customer service skills Comfortable handling payment processes Experience with electronic health records preferred Insurance knowledge is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Positive attitude and team mindset Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable discussing services and promoting clinic offerings We are looking for someone who is dependable, professional, adaptable, and growth-minded. Pay range 20-25 per hour with unlimited bonus structure, paid holidays, paid time off and retirement.
