Physical Therapy Assistant Job Summary:

As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work alongside licensed physical therapists to help patients recover from injuries or surgeries and improve their overall mobility. Your role will involve working with patients to perform therapeutic exercises, providing hands-on treatment, and documenting progress to assist in developing appropriate treatment plans.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients Guide patients in performing therapeutic exercises and activities Provide hands-on support during treatment sessions Monitor and document patient progress and report findings to the supervising physical therapist Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and strategies for managing pain and discomfort Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records

Qualifications and Skills:
