PTA Physical Therapy Assistant - Home Health

Physical Therapy Assistant PTA - Home Health - Earn Extra Income Physical Therapy Assistant PTA needed part-time prn to make therapy visits for adult and geriatric patients in the Home Health Care setting in and around the Longmont area. Join our outstanding therapy team.

Responsibilities:

Make home visits Follow the treatment plan developed by the PT and ordered by the MD Assist clients in rehabilitation Coordinate care with health care team members Document services provided in the home with device (iPad) provided by us

Requirements:

Experience in home health care preferred but not required. We will accept a PTA with ANY experience including new grads as we have an excellent training program!

Certifications:

- Driver's License - Must have a current PTA license in the state. Professional Home Health Care has provided home care services to clients along the Front Range for over 45 years.
