Louisville, CO Are you a motivated and friendly individual looking to join a dynamic team in the healthcare industry? Our multidisciplinary chiropractic office is seeking a Chiropractic Assistant to play a pivotal role in ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care. If you are outgoing, eager to learn, and have excellent organizational and communication skills, we want to hear from you . Hours are Monday7:50 am-noon. Tuesday and Wednesday 8am-3pm, Thursday 7:50 am-noon. Friday 8am-noon. Afternoon hours on Monday and Wednesday can be added. Please review hours before applying.

Louisville, CO Responsibilities :
Greet patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor, creating a positive first impression. Schedule appointments efficiently and accurately, ensuring patient needs are met. Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service. Assist the chiropractor during patient examinations and treatments. Check and verify insurance coverage, ensuring a seamless billing process. Perform data entry tasks to maintain patient records and appointment schedules. Maintain a clean and organized office environment. Call insurance companies to verify benefits and explain to patients.
Qualifications :
Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills. Motivated and enthusiastic about assisting in a healthcare setting. Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks and responsibilities. Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail. Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism. Previous experience in a healthcare or administrative role is a plus, but not required.
