Job Summary ProCare Therapy Services is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant for a beautiful, state of the art, skilled nursing facility providing services to patients needing short term rehab, outpatient services as well as services to long-term care elders. This beautiful facility located in Loveland, Colorado is a greenhouse cottage model facility, and is a wonderful setting to provide the utmost patient-centered care possible. ProCare Therapy rehab professionals make an impact on the lives the patients they serve. Therapists exhibit strong clinical skills, provide innovative treatment and prepare elders for the highest quality of life achievable. Many patients return home with confidence in resuming life activities at the highest level of function achievable.
