PM Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Physical Therapy Assistant for an exciting Travel or Local job in Lamar, CO.
Responsibilities:
Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist Implement selected components of patient treatment plans and interventions Monitor patient responses to treatment and report findings appropriately Modify selected interventions as directed to ensure safety and progression Assist patients of all ages with mobility and functional activities Provide care in inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings Collaborate with rehabilitation team members for quality patient care Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Communicate effectively with physicians, staff, patients, and families
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program required Current Colorado PTA license/credential required BLS Certification required Minimum 2 years of experience required Inpatient experience required Outpatient experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills required Bilingual preferred
