You will work with patients recovering from injury or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Active Connecticut PTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification required from AHA or ARC prior to or at start of assignment. Minimum 1 year of professional skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience required. Demonstrated ability to meet productivity expectations (client requires approximately 93% productivity after 2 weeks). Ability to complete Connecticut fingerprint-based background check as required by state regulations. Ability to work a 35-hour guaranteed schedule and meet attendance expectations.

Preferred:
