Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist - In Home (Equity Track) Join a PT-owned company where your voice matters and your time is respected. Feeling burned out? We deliver exceptional care across three settings: traditional outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapy, outpatient Physical Therapy in the home, and on-site Physical Therapy services in Ambulatory Surgery Centers. We take care of our patients — and each other. The Role We're hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist to deliver in-home outpatient orthopedic and post-surgical care to patients across Washington, D.C. You'll manage your own daily route with the autonomy to actually treat your patients the way you trained to — no clinic walls, no double-booked schedules. What You'll Do Provide personalized, evidence-based in-home Physical Therapy — orthopedic, post-surgical, and total-joint rehab. Carry a manageable visit-based caseload with a sensible daily route (we don't run double-and-triple booked schedules). Use Prompt EMR and FOTO outcomes — efficient documentation that respects your clinical time. Collaborate with an experienced clinician-owner and small clinical team. Who You Are Licensed Physical Therapist in Washington, D.C. (or eligible to license within 60 days). Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred). Skilled in orthopedic evaluation, manual therapy, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Comfortable working independently in patients' homes. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
