We are currently hiring a Mobile (Community-Based) Physical Therapist Assistant to serve patients across Washington, DC, providing care in homes, gyms, offices, and other community-based settings.

We deliver one-on-one therapy to patients wherever they are; whether at home, in a gym, or at work. Our mission is to remove access barriers and bring therapy directly to those who need it most. In addition to patient care, we offer educational workshops for local businesses, focusing on ergonomic strategies, injury prevention, and wellness.

Position Responsibilities:

As a Mobile PTA, you will: Deliver high-quality physical therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist Implement and modify individualized care plans based on patient progress Travel independently to patient locations across Washington, DC Educate patients and caregivers on exercise techniques and safety Assist in documentation and communication with the supervising PT Promote independence and improve functional mobility in patients' natural environments Why Join Us? Qualifications:

Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the District of Columbia Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable working independently in a mobile care setting Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
