Job Details Physical Therapy Assistant - Physical Therapy Assistant at Smyrna Health & Wellness Center (Smyrna, DE) 50 mile radius for local rate Must plan 5 weeks for credentialing non-resident
DE:
In person fingerprints are required. T must go to DE once accepted to begin the process and then results will post 3-4 weeks from that point
START DATE
ASAP for scheduled orientation
MUST BE ABLE TO START BY 7/13 AT THE LATEST DUE TO EPIC EMR IMPLEMENTATION BILL RATE
