We need a fun-loving, upbeat, optimistic, and energetic person to join our team on this wild ride we call "work." Our organized chaos includes assisting our family chiropractic office with SOAP notes, neurological scans, answering an ever-ringing phone, gathering insightful details, greeting patients and their family with a LARGE smile, by name (of course), giving 5-star office tours, putting fears at ease, and making the patients feel right at home. The position will also entail a great deal of accountability, leadership, and integrity, but also bouncing toddlers and snuggling babies! If you have the PERSONALITY and DRIVE for this position, we can TRAIN for anything. The position will involve medical software training and knowledge, driving the doctors' schedule, anatomy knowledge, data entry, internal marketing, educational workshops, and continuing education seminars (both in and out of state). Our office is ever-changing, growing like crazy, and constantly busy, but at the end of the day, with the right outlook on life, VERY rewarding. Our office hours for 2026 you MUST be available to work are: Monday 7:30 am-12:30 pm; 1:30 pm-6:30 pm Wednesday 7:30 am-12:30 pm; 2:30 pm-6:30 pm Thursday 7:30am-5:30pm Friday 8:00am-12:00pm (1-2 Fridays per month)
