Job Description

We are seeking an organized, energetic, and compassionate individual to join our team as a Chiropractic Assistant / Medical Records Coordinator . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing exceptional patient care and administrative support. As a Chiropractic Assistant / Medical Records Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive an outstanding experience from check-in to check-out. This position combines front desk responsibilities, patient care support, therapeutic treatment assistance, and medical records management. ResponsibilitiesPatient Care Welcome patients and provide a warm, professional experience Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries Therapy Assistance Prepare treatment rooms and equipment Assist with therapies such as: Spinal Decompression Therapy Deep Tissue Laser Therapy Normatec Compression Therapy Heat and Cold Therapy Ensure treatment areas are stocked with necessary supplies Medical Records Duties Maintain accurate patient records in ChiroTouch Scan and upload documents into patient charts Process requests for medical records from patients, attorneys, and insurance companies Prepare and send records in a timely manner while ensuring HIPAA compliance Review charts for completeness and follow up on missing documentation Assist with personal injury and insurance-related paperwork General Office Support Support doctors and team members with administrative and clinical tasks Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, positive, and service-oriented attitude Strong organizational and multitasking abilities High attention to detail Ability to handle confidential information responsibly Comfortable learning new software and office technology Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Experience in a chiropractic, medical, or wellness office preferred but not required Experience with medical records and HIPAA compliance is a plus Experience with ChiroTouch is preferred Ideal Candidate You are someone who: Loves helping people feel their best Enjoys working in a team-oriented environment Takes initiative and stays organized Is dependable and punctual Maintains a professional appearance and attitude Wants to build a long-term career in healthcare and wellness Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Employee Discounts on Services Paid Training Opportunities for Growth and Advancement Positive and Supportive Work Environment No Weekend Hours How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief cover letter explaining why you would be a great fit for our team.
