Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Private Client, Aventura

BDA Consulting Management is seeking a professional, reliable, and physically capable Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA ) for a private client in Aventura, FL. This is a unique opportunity for a PTA who enjoys one-on-one support, functional mobility, transfer assistance, and helping a client maintain independence in a private setting. Unlike a traditional clinic, facility, or high-volume home health route, this role allows you to work closely with one client in a calm, personalized environment. The ideal candidate is personable, patient, safety-focused, and confident assisting with mobility, transfers, and daily outings.

Responsibilities:

The PTA will assist the client with functional mobility and daily support, including: Assisting with bed-to-wheelchair transfers Supporting wheelchair-to-car and car-to-wheelchair transfers Helping the client attend outings, or lunches Providing general mobility support and fall-risk awareness Encouraging safe activity, independence, and confidence Maintaining a calm, professional, and supportive presence Communicating any concerns or changes to the care coordination team Qualifications PTA background strongly preferred Experience with mobility assistance, transfers, gait support, or functional movement Private-duty, home health, rehab, outpatient, or facility experience welcomed Reliable transportation required Strong communication skills Must be punctual and dependable About BDA Consulting Management BDA Consulting Management provides personalized support services for private clients throughout South Florida.
