If you love a fast-paced environment, enjoy patient interaction, and want a hands-on role supporting injury recovery, this is a great fit. As a CA , you'll work directly with our chiropractors and care team, supporting both clinical care and clinic flow. You'll help patients feel informed, supported, and taken care of while keeping things moving behind the scenes. What You'll Do Support the chiropractor with patient intakes, including detailed history and EMR documentation Take X-rays as ordered and keep the X-ray room clean, organized, and ready Perform re-exams, document findings, and update the provider on patient progress Engage with patients throughout their visit and provide clear education on the treatment plan Help with phones/scheduling as needed to support front desk operations Learn in-office DME products and assist with fitting, dispensing, and patient education Assist with patient flow to keep the clinic on schedule Manage inventory: order supplies, stock items, and keep storage areas organized Pitch in with light clerical/front desk support when needed What We're Looking For Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Friendly, professional, and comfortable communicating with all types of patients Able to multitask and stay calm in a busy clinic Coachable and willing to learn new systems/processes Genuinely patient-focused, especially with individuals experiencing chronic pain or injury stress Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required 1-3 years of Chiropractic Assistant experience preferred Schedule / Position Type Monday

• 8a•7p Friday 8a•5p Saturday 9a•5p Work Environment & Physical Requirements Professional medical office environment Frequent walking/standing and active support during patient visits May require assisting with patient positioning/support Must be able to read screens/printed materials and communicate clearly in person and by phone Florida AHCA / Background Screening Requirement This role requires background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse (AHCA) as part of the hiring process.
