Responsibilities:

Assist Physical Therapists in the development and implementation of treatment plans for patients with various physical disabilities and illnesses Conduct initial and ongoing evaluations of patients, including range of motion, strength, and functional abilities assessments Implement treatment plans, including exercises, stretches, and other physical therapy interventions Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any changes or concerns to Physical Therapists Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment notes and progress reports Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
