What You'll Be Doing This is a hands-on patient care role where you'll work directly with patients throughout their treatment experience. You'll help guide patients through rehabilitation exercises, assist with therapies, prepare treatment areas, and help keep patient visits running smoothly. Rehabilitation & Exercise Support Prepare exercise stations and treatment areas Guide patients through prescribed stretches and exercises Demonstrate proper movement patterns and body mechanics Provide encouragement and coaching throughout active care sessions Therapy Assistance Set up and assist with therapy equipment Ensure patients are positioned correctly and comfortably Monitor patient comfort during treatments Help maintain efficient patient flow throughout the office Patient Education & Communication Help patients understand their treatment plans and goals Reinforce provider instructions and recommendations Answer questions clearly and professionally Encourage patients and help keep them engaged in their recovery process Who We're Looking For You'll need: Basic understanding of anatomy and how the body moves Strong communication and people skills A positive, patient-focused attitude Comfort working directly with patients throughout the day The ability to learn quickly and work independently It's a bonus if you have: Chiropractic assistant experience Personal training or fitness coaching experience Physical therapy, rehabilitation, or massage therapy experience Athletic, sports, or movement-based backgrounds Teaching, coaching, or customer service experience Training & Support You don't need to know everything on day one. We've created a structured training process that teaches each piece of equipment, therapy, and patient-care responsibility step-by-step. You'll receive hands-on guidance from experienced team members and build confidence gradually as you learn the role.
