Job Title:

Chiropractic Office Assistant -

Clearwater & Belleair Hours:

Part-time (20-25 hours/week, including one full day in Belleair)

Pay:

$19-$22 per hour (based on experience)

Location:

Clearwater main office + Belleair (1x/week) We're looking for a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented assistant to support our growing chiropractic & SoftWave therapy practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling appointments for both Clearwater and Belleair locations Taking payments, balancing daily patient accounts, and handling simple bookkeeping Placing supply orders and managing inventory Light cleaning and office organization (treatment rooms, waiting area) Greeting patients, answering phones, and providing excellent customer service Helping with patient intake forms and basic administrative tasks Supporting monthly educational talks and growing the Belleair presence

Ideal Candidate:

Experience in a medical, chiropractic, or wellness office (preferred but not required) Comfortable learning practice management software Reliable, positive attitude, and strong attention to detail Available for one full day per week in Belleair Must pass background check
