6:30 AM-10:00

You'll work directly with patients throughout their treatment sessions—setting up equipment, guiding them through exercises and therapies, coaching proper form, and helping them understand what each treatment does and why it matters.
Therapeutic Exercise:
Get exercise stations ready for each patient's session Walk patients through their prescribed stretches and exercises step-by-step Show them proper movement and body mechanics Give real-time feedback to help them improve their technique
Treatment Support:
Set up and monitor our therapy equipment Make sure patients are positioned correctly and comfortable during treatments Explain what each treatment does and what they should expect to feel Adjust settings as needed and keep an eye on patient comfort
Patient Education & Encouragement:
Break down complex treatment concepts into plain English Help patients understand why proper form and technique matter Keep them motivated and positive about their progress Answer their questions with clarity and confidence Who We're Looking For You'll need: Basic understanding of anatomy (major muscle groups, how the body moves) A natural way with people—you make others feel comfortable and heard Patience and good communication skills when explaining things A coaching mindset (sports, teaching, or fitness background is a plus) Comfort with demonstrating exercises and helping patients move correctly It's a bonus if you have: Experience in fitness, sports, physical therapy, massage, or healthcare Background teaching or coaching others through physical activities Customer service or patient care experience Training & Support We've built a step-by-step training program designed to make your first few weeks as stress-free as possible. You'll learn each piece of equipment and treatment method one at a time in a clear, organized sequence with hands-on practice and direct guidance from our team. You'll always know what you're doing and never feel thrown into something you're not ready for. We make sure you're comfortable and confident at each step before moving forward. Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
