Chiropractic Assistant

Our team is looking for a service oriented, out-going and friendly team member to join one of the leading Chiropractic and Wellness Centers in Central Florida. Chiropractic Assistant Primary Positions (personality tested to fit each position but will be cross trained): Front Desk Check Out

• Is often responsible for the brands first impression to the public. Must be a quick learner of different technologies. Will be doing phone calls, patient financials and working at a fast pace. Tech CA
• will be on their feet the majority of the day following patients in assisting with all therapies.

Must be compassionate and quick to learn new technologies In aiming for excellence our office is looking for someone who's great with team work, highly motivated is willing to always bring great attitude. "

Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
• Knowledge of medical records management and confidentiality protocols
• Familiarity with basic medical terminology and procedures
• Experience in an office or administrative role, preferably in a medical or dental setting
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
