The Kind of Person We Are Looking For You do not have to come from a clinic. You might come from hospitality, customer service, fitness, massage, or even just a life philosophy that leans toward natural health and whole-person wellness.

If you have ever been a chiropractic patient yourself, explored alternative or integrative health, or simply felt like conventional medicine was not the whole picture, you will fit right in here. What You Will Do Prepare tables/equipment and transition patients through their care plans with care and efficiency Setup on therapeutic modalities including spinal decompression, cold laser therapy, active care/rehab, and shockwave therapy treatment (as well as other therapies - full training provided) Set up and break down treatment rooms between appointments Support patient flow so the doctor can focus entirely on care Communicate warmly and clearly with patients and front desk staff throughout their visit Learn and eventually assist with ChiroTouch & TrackStat (our practice management & CRM software) as a bonus skill What We Offer $17-$19/hr depending on experience Part-time or full-time scheduling available A supportive team with strong leadership already in place A mission-driven work environment where your contribution matters Hands-on training with therapeutic tools including spinal decompression, cold laser, and shockwave therapy that most assistants never learn The opportunity to grow within a clinic that is expanding What We Are NOT Looking For This is not a traditional medical assistant role.
