What You'll Do Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under PT supervision Improve patient mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence Treat a high-volume SNF / long-term care (LTC) caseload Perform gait training, transfer training, and fall prevention interventions Document treatments and progress using Net Health (or similar EMR) Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and nursing staff Patient Population Long-Term Care (LTC) Skilled Nursing (SNF) Cognitive / Behavioral Health patients Requirements Active Florida PTA License (required) Graduate of an accredited PTA program
