Job Description

Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA Per Diem $40.00/per hour Job Summary Join our dedicated team at North Lake Care Center, a premier provider of skilled nursing services, as a Per Diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA). In this role, you will provide high-quality rehabilitation services to our patients, utilizing your skills and expertise to help them recover and regain independence.
Responsibilities:
Assist physical therapists in the development and implementation of treatment plans for patients Conduct physical therapy treatments and exercises under the supervision of licensed physical therapists Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatments and progress Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care for our patients Provide patient education and training on proper techniques and exercises Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in the State of Florida Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
