Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our rehabilitation team. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to provide physical therapy services to our patients.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Assisting physical therapists in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans Conducting exercises and activities to improve patients' strength, flexibility, and mobility Educating patients and their families on proper techniques and safety precautions Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient treatments and progress Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required Associate's degree or higher in Physical Therapist Assistant program 2 years of experience in a similar role Current certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
