  • _3037 Lakeland Hills Blvd, Suite 5. Lakeland, FL_ | Part Time _Mon-Fri_ | $27 - _$30/hr_ Select Physical Therapy is hiring a Part Time
  • PTA•up to 30 hrs per week to join our outpatient team treating a diverse population with specialties in •ortho, hand therapy, dry needling, and fall prevention•.
Opportunity for role to change to full time. Work alongside 2 PTs, 2 PTAs and 1 OT in a supportive, growth-focused environment. Whether you're newly licensed or experienced, we're excited to meet you!

  • Responsibilities
  • + Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.
+ Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures + Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.
  • Qualifications
  • + College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program + Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE + Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process) + CPR certification
