Physical Therapist Assistant 123 Therapy Inc. - 5.0 Miami, FL Job Details Part-time | Full-time $35 an hour 9 hours ago Qualifications Teamwork Patient interaction Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant Early intervention Full Job Description Join our team and contribute to improving the well-being of children and families through compassionate therapy and support. This position is for Early Intervention services, working with the pediatric population (0 to 3 years old) in a collaborative and supportive environment. Candidates should have a passion for providing quality care and helping children reach their developmental goals. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and make a meaningful impact on their lives.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual therapy sessions to patients following the personalized treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapists (PTs) in charge of each case. Assist children in developing functional and developmental skills through therapeutic activities and interventions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care. Educate and support families/caregivers in implementing therapeutic strategies at home. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment sessions.
Qualifications:
Valid certification as a Certified Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA). Active Professional License. Experience in Early Intervention services preferred. Strong patient care skills with the ability to motivate and support individuals through their developmental progress and recovery process. Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients, families, and coordinate with healthcare teams.
Pay:
$35.00 per hour
