$1,000.00 We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to join our healthcare team. As a vital member of the rehabilitation team, you will assist licensed physical therapists in implementing individualized care plans aimed at improving mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing overall patient well-being.

Responsabilies :

Full Time 32 tom 40 hours as request Assure all treatment is delivered in accordance with an established plan of care. Provide clinical support and instruct patients,families and caregivers. Monitor patients response to treatment intervention Max of 7 treatments per 8 hours day in Outpatient Clinic Complete required forms and documentations in accordance with company policy Cross trained at Edgewater Skilled Nursing Facility And assisted Living Facility on campus to assist as need it Complete required forms and documentations in accordance with company policy state/federal regulations . SKILLS Must have a valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in good standing Long term care, short term rehab and outpatient experience prefered Lymphedema Certification Prefered Ability to manage patients with diferents types of personalities Current knoledge of treatment practices
