Responsibilities:

Assist physical therapists in the development and implementation of patient treatment plans Conduct physical therapy interventions, including but not limited to exercise instruction, manual therapy, and modalities Document patient progress, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care Maintain accurate and timely records, including patient charts and treatment logs
