Job Description

Physical Therapist (PT) / Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Flexible Per-Diem Opportunities Make a Meaningful Impact — On Your Schedule We are seeking caring, dependable Physical Therapists and Physical Therapy Assistants to support older adults through non-clinical home check-ins and doctor support visits. Important:
This is a non-clinical support role and does not include physical therapy treatment, evaluations, treatment plans, or insurance documentation.
