In this role, you will provide essential support in a fast-paced chiropractic office, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care and administrative assistance. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage various administrative tasks efficiently, and assist the Doctors with Patients. Responsibilities Assist chiropractors in patient care by preparing treatment rooms and ensuring all necessary equipment is ready for use. Manage patient scheduling, including appointments and follow-ups, while maintaining an organized calendar. Handle medical records and documentation review to ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Assisting staff and doctor in performing therapies on patients. Perform insurance verification and assist with medical billing processes. Provide exceptional patient service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional manner. Maintain accurate records of patient treatments and care plans. Support front desk operations by managing phone systems and greeting patients upon arrival. Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication regarding patient care and treatment plans. Assist with filing, clerical tasks, and general office management duties as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in a medical office or clinic setting is preferred, with familiarity in chiropractic practices being a plus. Understanding of medical terminology and documentation is a plus. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and typing abilities. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance patient communication. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction and office etiquette. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
