Position Summary The Chiropractic Assistant supports the doctors and clinical team by assisting with patient flow, therapies, rehabilitation exercises, scheduling, and general office operations. We are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities Greet and room patients Assist with patient flow throughout the office Prepare patients for chiropractic treatment and therapies Demonstrate and supervise rehab exercises under doctor direction Apply physiotherapy modalities and traction/decompression equipment Maintain clean and organized treatment areas Assist with scheduling and patient check-in/check-out Answer phones and provide excellent customer service Document basic patient information and treatment notes Help maintain a welcoming and professional office atmosphere Qualifications Friendly, professional, and dependable Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a busy office setting Comfortable working with patients of all ages Team-oriented attitude Basic computer skills Healthcare, chiropractic, rehabilitation, fitness, or medical office experience preferred but not required Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Paid training Opportunities for advancement Positive team environment Employee discounts on services Full-time position Paid time off Schedule Monday•Friday Day shifts No weekends Work Location Pensacola, Florida To Apply Please submit your resume through Indeed along with a brief description of why you would be a good fit for our team.
