Pay:

$40.00 - $42.75 per hour based on experience

Type:

Three-month contract

Schedule:

Monday - Friday (8:00AM - 4:30PM) No on-call.

Notes:

This position will cover Saint Petersburg

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provides skilled physical therapy services to patients in their homes under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT).
• Implements the established Plan of Care, documents patient response to treatment, andmunicates patient status changes to the interdisciplinary care team in accordance with agency policy, state regulations, and payer guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Current, active Physical Therapist Assistant license in the State of Florida
• CPR certification (BLS - Healthcare Provider)
• Home Health experience
