This exciting role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care across diverse settings, including outpatient clinics, inpatient facilities, skilled nursing facilities, home health environments, and acute care units. As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in restoring mobility, reducing pain, and improving quality of life for patients of all ages. Your expertise in physiotherapy techniques, anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology will be essential in developing and implementing effective care plans tailored to each individual's needs. Duties Deliver comprehensive physiotherapy services to patients across outpatient, inpatient, geriatrics, pediatrics, orthopedics, and acute care settings. Perform assessments to evaluate patient conditions, including mobility limitations, pain levels, and functional deficits. Develop personalized care plans incorporating techniques such as trigger point therapy and other manual therapy methods. Assist with discharge planning by coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient transitions from hospital to home or other care facilities. Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, therapeutic exercises, and post-treatment care strategies. Document treatment progress accurately in medical records while adhering to healthcare regulations and standards. Support interdisciplinary collaboration by communicating effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Experience Proven experience working in outpatient clinics or inpatient hospital settings with a focus on orthopedics, geriatrics, pediatrics, or rehabilitation. Skilled nursing facility experience is highly desirable for working with elderly populations requiring specialized care. Familiarity with home health services and discharge planning processes enhances patient-centered care delivery. Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and physiotherapy techniques such as trigger point therapy is essential. Prior involvement in acute care or outpatient therapy environments demonstrating adaptability and strong clinical skills. Experience creating comprehensive care plans that address diverse patient needs across various healthcare settings. Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams while maintaining a positive and energetic approach to patient recovery.
